Thinking himself as a universal boss. He doesn't know how to manage and treat empolyees. Favor only the female employees. Listen only to project manager and treat employees very badly. Don't trust his words, it is only for the time being and unless your presence is required. Very worst people management.
Villy for most of the employees. Who ever is against will be terminated. Expects everyone to work 24/7. Thinks that she is a workaholic and never thinks about work life balance and family of project team members. Advice to you: you might not be attached to your family, but don't expect ame from others. Family time is more important than all deadlines. People will work if you provide them with the exact amount of time they have asked for, asking 40 hrs task to complete in a day is difficult. As a PM first analyzes impacts and feasibility don't blindly assign tasks and ask for updates.
The company that does not have any process inline.
The company will recruit top management peoples from good companies and will fire them immediately saying that they are not capable enough. But the fact is they are not adhered to CEO and PM. They are not ready to accept your process or suggestions, whatever they decided should be implemented. You will be forced to leave if you don't listen to them.
No Job Security.. The employee should be available 24/7 and should not miss a phone call from the company even at midnight.
