Some good teammates and culture was ok when I joined last year but going downhill

Co direction always changing, low pay with no recognition for employee stay longer, political commercial leader, lack of career growth opportunities, very tiring place to work at

- only try to address growing gaps across various areas of the company - growing company - hired many people recently - some good people inside willing to help in need

Cons

-not good leadership in certain areas of company. Some leaders unkind and will yell -lots of politics especially for a start-up -culture across company not very good across - depend if your leader is good or not -need to really look at poor processes and small structure -not willing to see through the changes
