      The company had a reputation for chewing up and spitting out its employees

      Pros

      Good project training management program. Good safety program. Good people in the company do exist, and they are not management.

      Cons

      Salaries were low considering the amount of work you're expected to perform, and there was a high level of turnover because of that. The Company had a reputation for chewing up and spitting out its employees. They were always hiring, and they couldn't keep good employees or even any employees. This will not change unless the owner was overthrown.

      The compensation offer for this job is attractive with proper and complete benefits and other incentives included.

      Cons

      Working with an authoritative, perfectionist manager, but has no idea how yo truly manage a team. It's all about getting prefect evaluation and would hate you if you don't. It feels suffocating working here and working with him.
