      Close to home. Interesting software.

      Cons

      For an experienced professional. it was like working at a Chuck E Cheese during a kid's party - noisy, undisciplined group, no cubicle etiquette, distracting, missiles flying, balls bounced against the walls, etc. Experience not appreciated among the few divas of the company. My manager barely spoke to me, even though he would visit people in adjacent cubicles.

      Pros

      WFH is a nice perk, pay is a good starting pay, healthcare premium is at no cost for employee and PTO is a nice start at 15 days.

      Cons

      Management does not know how to manage. The is NO communication, and NO direction which makes for a frustrating work environment. No training for new hires makes if hard to be successful. No feedback at all from management.

      Pros

      Close work team! HR there is really wonderful! Very flexible with time off. The work is interesting. You can directly talk to Gary, the CEO, which I really loved and learned a lot from!

      Cons

      I wanted more of a structured UI/UX team and more of a marketing team. Which they were working on, but I know they had been working on it for a while.
