They will hire anyone and it shows!!!

They will hire anyone and it shows. They have a bunch of inexperienced and unprofessional employees I have ever worked with. The hours are crazy. If you don't follow the call flow exactly to make the sale, you will lose out on any commission.

PTO ( 4 weeks @ 5 years, 5 weeks @ 10 years), growth/advancement opportunities, ability to transfer to a new process but still have your benefits grow with you, employee engagement and rewards and recognition programs, belief that every team member is instrumental to the success of the whole, they take feedback seriously and realize improvement is key, we try hard every day and the next day to deliver to each team member! It's easy to love what you do here.

Cons

I do work excessive hours at times to get the job done. So my work life balance could be better.

Management needs to be replaced they are rude and unprofesionial the sales techniques they teach are borderline fraudulent management is all about themselves not a team work atmosphere
