Pros
The Operations Manager and Sales Manager are fantastic and did a great job each and every day.
Cons
The owner of the company has constant inconsistencies, lack of follow through, and disrespect that you give to employees. In addition, the unfair working environment that is created by having his daughter work for the company is unethical. The constant barrage of insults on a personal level is disrespectful and shows the lack of integrity you have. In addition, the defamation of an employee and ex-employees character when they are not present to defend themselves is shallow and the owner constantly does that.
