Executive management is completely unqualified. The COO is a complete narcissistic bully and that is how he manages the organization. IT is run by unqualified leadership. HR guy was a tyrannical lunatic who thought he ran the company until he was canned.

There are none. Company is only out for profits. Employees do not matter.

Cons

Deception and mismanagement abound. Low pay and although they offer benefits they are low end offerings. The turnover is incredible. Most folks move on after just a few months so there is no real stability.
