      Able to work with you when it comes to schedule, the whole engineering team is very skilled, no question is a dumb question, the site leads are very knowledgeable in their field.

      Cons

      If you aren’t an independent worker, the tasking might be challenging. People are willing to help but there is no micromanagement. A lot of independence.
