A sh*t show

Pros

Freedom to do whatever you want. Some of the kids are cool.

Cons

They expect you to drive their students everywhere but don’t reimburse you for gas. There is no unity, accountability, or structure. It’s a free for all. It’s about 15k per month per kid, a complete rip-off given the living conditions the kids are required to stay in. There’s no discipline. They hire anybody willing to take the position due to high turnover rates of staff. Their marketing team is really good at what they do, so they make it seem like an incredible place. It’s not. Hopefully Angus turns that place around. It was a complete sh*t show. All they do is warehouse these kids so their families don’t have to put up with them.
