Starting out, wrong job title with wrong responsibilities advertised. Regretted joining the first day. No job security, hire and fire. No clear reporting structure. No HR manager. No onboarding. No clear work responsibilities defined. No proper IT support. No team spirit, everyone for themselves.

We're incredibly proud of our high-performing team at IDG. Being in business for nearly 30 years and employing hundreds of people speaks volumes about the successes we and our employees have shared over the years.
We're always on the lookout for bright and talented people to join our organization. However, unfortunately, from time to time, we can make a "huge mistake" and hire someone who isn't able to meet our standards.
It's true that our environment demands a level of pace and commitment that isn't for everyone. As we continue to thrive and set new benchmarks in our industry, our focus will remain on those who can rise to the occasion.
