      Pros

      - Great people throughout company. - Opportunities to grow in role, through taking on more responsibility and offers of further upskilling in respective field through certifications. - Enjoyable company culture. - Management open to discussions and taking action if processes can be improved.

      Cons

      Requirement to track time spent while completing some tasks may take some getting used to if not accustomed to doing so, as I wasn't.

      Pros

      Amazing people! Even those outside my team are great! Friday drinks and baking - which Rachel and her mum do just because they're nice! Sometimes people bring their dogs in! They're been super good and understanding about my chronic health issues!

      Cons

      The only 'bad' part is the parking and that's not a huge deal! Sometimes it's nice to stretch your legs!
