The group covers multiple sites and encompasses a mix of ambulatory and hospital based sites, with a mix of supervising and solo cases for anesthesiologists. So far I have enjoyed the variety. Workload is very fair with opportunities for extra call and compensation if desired. The group is also very open to practice improvement and there are opportunities for leadership and advancement within the group and the health system. The group is growing and expanding as well.

We work with a great group of CRNAs and do our own case, as well. Full range of case loads and case mix-- from highly complex to bread and butter. Very high quality surgeons at all our institutions.
