      What a fantastic place to work !

      Pros

      Integrate AV provided me with the opportunity to grow in my role and I thoroughly enjoyed working there. I was provided with extensive training and I particularly liked the Director's guidance to assist me progress and further my skills.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. The working environment was the best I have worked in for a while.

      - Excellent Office Atmosphere - Recognition of hard work - Professional approach - Support and encouragement from all ladders of management - Lots of variety in work and opportunities to take on responsibility

      Cons

      Small business growing at a rapid rate means it is often chaotic. You need to be willing to work hard at a fast pace to keep up. This will not suit all people.
