Pros
This company has great curb appeal! But just like that 6 bedroom Colonial that is "just perfect for your family" and priced to sell, any close inspection will make you run away. Termites, bad plumbing, cracked foundation, leaky roof, and that awful cat-urine stench that you can never get rid of.
Cons
It all sounds so great! They toss around all of the great keywords: work/life balance, company culture, process improvement, etc. but it is all lip-service. Everything is poorly executed. A few key employees repeatedly fail and constantly miss deadlines but are inconceivably adept at deflecting any responsibility for their failures. Communication is across all levels of this company are archaic on the best of days - everyone will have a key piece of information except the person who truly needs it. Information is deliberately withheld because of company politics or ignorance. Cronyism is rampant, you can be completely incompetent and fail repeatedly as long as you have the ear of the right executive. Success speaks for itself but so does Failure. This company fails time and again on many levels. Ask them how long their EHR has been in development and how many clinics are using it. Then sit back and listen to the wordsmithing begin! Companies can suffer from Failure to Thrive just as humans do. This child is just unable to transgress the toddler stage.
