Pros
Flexible time. They have an agreement with a good restaurant.
Cons
Low salary. Each project you will start from scratch and your career is reset. You must be lucky to work with a really skilled colleagues to learn something. Management is not forward-looking and sometime incompetent. No cooperation among business units. No organization, no best practices, no innovation. Offices are out of the city near an incinerator and bus service is poor. If you want to have a good and complete meal you need to pay part of it. The building is not adequate.
