Pros
Multiple opportunity is given to a candidate if he/she has a learning attitude while hiring. Perfect opportunity, especially for a fresher, where candidate gets a hands-on a live project. No politics, very helping environment, no micromanagement, no stealing of credit.
Cons
Low Salary, no perks such as Provident Fund, Health Insurance etc. No weekends, only 2nd and 4th saturdays are off.
