I, not coming from an IT background wanted to change my career as I was not enjoying my previous work and I have always had some inclination towards IT. Intecons gave me that chance which no other company would have given. Simple reason, because: -they welcome logical thinking and not perfection with syntax -they nurture you and groom you to think out of the box solutions -they make you programmers not a code writer -you get n number of projects from n number of field to work on, doing analysis for which makes u "jack of All and for sure Master of one (IT) " Employee welfare -Management never asks you to sit late and in fact discourages that practice -Be it deadlines or anyother urgency, your weekends are never disturbed. -Salaries dot on time -Hardly it happens in anyother company, you get 4-5 days of consolidated holidays over Diwali (in lieu of few working Saturdays)
