Poor, poor management. Owner is the epitome of a micro manager. Thinks he is the smartest guy in the room when he is clearly not, time and time again. Current ownership has absolutely run the equipment into the ground. There has been no reinvestment into the company. The simplest maintenance doesn't get done. Everything is held together with band-aids, from the presses to the delivery van. Every single job is late because of under staffing. Losing customers every day because of that. Massive turnover. Always looking to replace an employee with someone cheaper. No matter the experience level. It's about the bottom line. Everyone walks on eggshells, from the GM to the driver. If you see an ad on Indeed, there is actually someone in that job. He's trying to find someone cheaper to replace them with. That could be you next time. Think twice about relocating for a job here.
