get to make your own schedule, take on extra work if you want to to make more money.
Cons
No communication with management, the times you did get in contact with them they were not interested unless it was to stroke their ego or tell them you want even more pointless inspections they didn't do "Due Diligence" with.. If the house doesn't exist and they got the info wrong.. its your fault and have to go back for free...
