Close to the city and public transport. New office with new facilities
Cons
The culture. There are many divisions of insurance inside the company but they all seem to work independently. There is no team cohesiveness and a lot of competition among peers. Also don't expect much flexibility or WFH, even after the pandemic the management demanded the whole team to be back at the office.
