I worked here for about 3 years and if it wasn't because I had to relocate, I would've retired at this company. The owners were always so passionate about their employees and made us feel like family. I was surprised to see the amount of long term employees at this company, but after working there for 3 years, I understood why. The amount of training and experience that I received from working there has definitely helped me in my career. This was a fun company to work for that had great benefits! If you want to work for an amazing company, I would highly recommend them!

The owners, the people, the customers and the suppliers make for a great work environment. Insulectro has invested in the business through people, facilities and new products.

Cons

Work life balance is a challenge. There is always a lot of work to do and the resources are kept to a minimum. People are willing to pitch in and help whenever asked and come together as a team.
