In home work is meaningful and allows you to work with clients who might not otherwise get support As a clinician you will grow confidence and skills, and the ability to work with people of all walks of life Small caseloads, brief services Agency culture is supportive and mission-driven Licensure supervision provided in-house Work from home when not meeting with clients Supervisors always available to consult

Cons

Work-life balance can be pretty tough to manage. It does force you to get better with your boundary-setting skills Long commutes if clients don’t live near you
