Good place to discover medical, clinic and cancer wold, issues, ... . It's possible contact with * some phamaceutical company * different sector, level, ... * some famous people in cancer research It is a good place to have overview of cancer research in France
Cons
* Pyramidale system (as a lot of medical/clinic enterprise) so importance of your expert opinion is in function of level within hierarchy. * Bad communication between team and the hierarchy * Managers were often scientists before to become manager as is common in research. There should be more retraining and more follow up to complet them management skills. * food bad
