      Pros

      Great product market fit. Excited about the vision and goal of the company. I've enjoyed working directly with Senior Leadership in office. Lots of autonomy, but enough support is there when needed. Health insurance plans are great.

      Building the ship while we're sailing can make for interesting conversations with customers.

      You have the ability to make a difference in the day to day direction of the company. The people in the company are great to work with and everyone works very hard.

      It can be hectic at times, but that is the price of innovation and evolution.
