      - Good place to learn stuff - Timely Salary

      Cons

      It is the place where whichever department or position you are working in, you will always have to face the dictatorship, shortsightedness, childish & egoistic behavior of management (who sits in Singapore office). Best example is that the Organization has seen 4 CTOs in 4 Years of its functioning. They say Tech is our lifeline and it is 70% of our company operation. But actually they dont even involve tech people to drive the decision and treating them like a labor ultimately leads everyone to suffer. I hope newly joined CTO will survive in Instarem for more than a Year. Good Luck to him!

      Good office and convienient location

      Cons

      You have to be a yes man in the company to make any sort of progress. If you don't toe down to management you will not be able to survive. HR does not care for employees.

      Amidst all the mess there are good opportunity to learn

      All the praise and rewards are reserved only for the heads. Other employees does not exists in the eye of management. Lots of politics in day to day management. Weak HR Indian employee discriminated against foreign employees
