      Pros

      Lot of scope for learning new technologies and experiencing challengs as it is a big e-learning product

      Cons

      No one tell how to do what to do as it is a product there will be lot of scenario's and affected areas for a small feature also, and developer will not know the scope after completing development

      I worked at Instancy for 2.5 years as a Senior Software Engineer. I joined Instancy as a fresher. Instancy infrastructure is very good, training is also good. As a fresher, I got to learn a lot of things and was put on real-product development quickly after joining
