have been in the Software Quality Assurance industry for just over 10 years now. I joined Inspired Testing around 4 and a half years ago and it’s a decision I will never regret. I can honestly say that my career, since joining Inspired Testing has grown faster than I expected due to the amazing opportunities that Inspired Testing has given me. I started off as an Automation Tester and within a year of joining the company I found myself getting presented with career growth opportunities I was dreaming off when I started my career in testing. With the help of the amazing team at Inspired testing and hard work I soon became an Automation Test Lead for one of South Africa’s biggest banks where I was given the chance to build, innovate and maintain Automation frameworks. This would have not been possible without the help of the team at Inspired Testing. They really do care about the people aspect of being part of being employed by a company. I know many companies say these things but to actually practice what is preached is something else and gives you a sense of belonging. From the CEO to human resources ,my immediate line manager who is also the best delivery manager and the of course head of the division I’m in all have proved to me time and time again that I’m not just a number in the business. The company has an open door policy and I’ve never been afraid to speak anyone to air any concerns I have. The ongoing training, workshops and roadmaps to grow careers is something that Inspired testing is great at. No false promises, no lying or leading you on without delivering on promises that are made. The team always insures that we are up to date with new trends in the industry, new technology and the best part of everything is that if you interested in becoming the best you can be they provide all the support needed. Lastly I just want to say that in my working career, Inspired Testing is one off, if not the best place that I have the pleasure of working for and will always be thankful for everything the team did and continues to do for me to make sure that I continue to grow.
