      Not much good to say other than the co-work are easy to work with

      Cons

      * End of your coding carrier * Don't pay enough for overwork * Don't appreciate people for their hard work * Ridiculous work load with even more ridiculous deadlines * Everything's a priory and need to deliver, right away * Put people in charge of delivery management who doesn't understand basic process * Salary is very low * HR manager has no idea what they are doing * Passive aggressive comments if you refuse to do overtime work

      Pros

      The SkyU project provides valuable hands-on experience, especially for those early in their careers. It’s a good opportunity to gain exposure to real-world systems and cloud technologies.

      Cons

      The salaries offered to lower-level employees (interns and associates) are significantly below industry standards, which impacts motivation. Internal projects often place a disproportionate workload on interns and junior team members, while more experienced staff are allocated to external consultancy engagements. There’s a noticeable trend of employees frequently leaving the company, often driven by dissatisfaction with management practices. Salary progression is very poor for existing employees. Increments and promotions are minimal, especially when compared to the compensation offered to new external hires. For example, an intern promoted to Software Engineer may receive around LKR 150,000, while an externally hired Software Engineer is paid around LKR 300,000 for the same role.
