All about the money

Pros

Salary with Incentives, Get to work from home (for now)

Cons

Lots of favoritism, they fill your plate and it is just too much to do. If you don’t intake everyday, they embarrass you. Training makes you want to leave. They claim it is about people but it is about money, and what you can do for them. Only favorites get promotions.

It’s sales not education

Pros

The pay was decent and the pto was generous. I had a very positive experience with HR and Legal

Cons

The pay scale is 8k more for people who live in Miami vs. remote No one trusts anyone, especially in management. The expectation for people to move forward with treatment, while not unattainable is not always realistic without manipulating people into a corner. The only metric that matters is how many people move forward with treatment (aka how many people use the product which is the definition of sales) The requirements and qualifications for what is defined as a site selection were regularly changed and then when that was pointed out it became almost hostile. People will lie to make themselves look better. 3 weekly meetings that range anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours to talk about where we are failing (sometimes trying to motivate) but then complaints about call volume not being enough.
