      Pros

      Great potential for growth, always developing new products that keep you on your toes when it comes to learning. People around you are motivated to always learn which keeps you going as well. Company is considerate and cares - no lay offs done at all during the COVID period even when other businesses were letting a lot of people go.

      Cons

      Some of the processes can be more transparent - it often takes a longer time to hear updates when the decision/updates are pending from HQ.

      At Insider One, you can take on important titles at a young age. You always need to stay open to growth. The way people treat each other is very positive — everyone is always willing to help one another. The company also places a lot of value on social responsibility projects; they aim to contribute not just to the company, but to the country as well. Overall, the energy of both the company and its employees is very positive.

      Cons

      The pace is intense and requires a lot of hard work. It's important to be aware of this going in — people who aren't prepared for that pace may find it hard to adapt.
