Partiality and Bias ,Exclusionary Behavior,Toxic Work Environment,Hierarchical Work Culture. they formed a circle that they are not accepting anyone from there region or state they will not accept. they will not provide any prior KT my suggestion avoid the company ,they are also money minded.
