Does anyone remember Friendster? Inscopix has been treating Glassdoor like Friendster and has been setting up fake profiles to leave itself glowing testimonials. There are several previous negative reviews detailing concerns about communication and conflict within the company, and which bring up issues about the limited potential market for the technology. Instead of doing what good management would do (listen and respond), Inscopix responds by posting fake reviews for themselves. Look at the dates and the wording of the glowing posts to see for yourself. The wording is all the same and are clearly from someone who is reaching to kiss-their-own-butt. Inscopix has less than 20 employees so there's no way 3 different employees posted these in such a short amount of time. I'm a current employee and I'm dismayed to find out this is the way Inscopix responds to serious concerns about their company. If you are considering working here, take a moment to think about whether you would want to work for a company that stoops to the level of responding to genuine concerns about the company by trying to bury the concerns amidst fake glowing pat-yourself-on-the-back posts. Wake up, Inscopix, we're not in the Friendster era anymore -- nobody is fooled by your tactics so stop treating people like idiots. Otherwise we'll be on the same road to becoming obsolete as Friendster.
