      Pros

      The owners and managers have a heart for the people. Not only for their own employees, but for their customers and the community as well. We have weekly team meetings where the overall heart is shared and the motivation is caught. Passion is key. I consider it a huge privilege to work for such a fine organization and everyone around me feels the same. So blessed.

      Cons

      No direct deposit offered yet, but do have weekly paychecks.

      Professionalism, encouragement from supervisors, on-going training and motivational presentations, fun work environment, company integrity and honor, competitive salary, benefits and 401k, Owners genuinely care about their employees and provide a positive and nurturing work environment.
