The nurses are extremely skilled and very caring and are all great at their jobs. Unfortunately they, along with all employees, are underpaid and underappreciated.
Cons
Innovative Healing Systems management is laughably atrocious. The CEO is hardly around and when she is, she has no clue what she is doing. Corporate meetings never start on time because the CEO is chronically late and doesn't respect others time. Meetings routinely start an hour late due to a lack organizational awareness. Leadership has no clue as to what is going on in the market and are slow to react to necessary changes that need to be made. Not one raise in pay in over 7 years. IHS is laying people off as a cost cutting measure and are cutting the pay of anyone not laid off. Company had to establish a line of credit just to make payroll. I am surprised this company is still in existence. Subsequently, employee morale is at an all time low and it is easy to understand why. Many of IHS's customers are unhappy with their performance and their lack management. I give it 12-18 months before IHS has to close their doors. Do not accept an offer from this company. You will be underpaid and underappreciated and you will be looking for another job soon.
