Pros
The technology is very innovative, the ideas and designs are what is required for new future direction. There is constant progression with theories.
Cons
As stated in the title, the management (owners) are disrespectful and have mismanaged funds for numerous years causing difficulties in proceeding forward. Unfortunately also with this industry, it relies heavily on the government to move forward and with the sequestration, funds have stopped.
