      Cons

      No work life balance, multiple projects are assigned to single person, wrong hire in management, talent people leaving the company, Management care only on money from client and they don't care about employees and make people to work more than 12 hours daily

      Pros

      I like the work culture and teamwork. Since the office is placed within the city limit, there's no problem with transportation.

      Cons

      No game/play room for the people to relax a bit.
