Pros
- Culture is very warm, has a family feel - Team: Hardworking. Passionate about the food space. Diverse with people of different ages and various countries. - Work: Since it's a start up, you have more ownership/responsibility of your contribution - Perks: weekly yoga classes, catered lunch once a week - Location: very close to downtown Redwood City, CalTrain station, and all it has to offer
Cons
Just be prepared to pivot/reiterate on ideas and never be attached to any particular idea because it could change! Which of course is natural in a start up environment.
