Pros

none this place poorly ran

Cons

My experience at Inman’s Auto Rescue was significantly affected by ongoing issues related to the workplace culture. I want to present this feedback professionally, but it is important to accurately reflect the environment employees were working in. During my time there, I observed a pattern of hostility, unprofessional communication, and elevated tension that created a consistently uncomfortable atmosphere. Interactions often felt confrontational rather than collaborative, and it became difficult to perform effectively in an environment where employees frequently felt dismissed, criticized, or spoken to in a disrespectful manner. There was also a noticeable lack of support when concerns were raised. Employees who attempted to address issues were often met with defensiveness instead of solutions, which contributed to a sense of psychological unsafety. Over time, this created a culture where people felt hesitant to speak up, ask questions, or request help. Overall, the environment could be described as toxic, with stress levels heightened due to inconsistent expectations, unpredictable reactions, and a general absence of positive leadership behaviors. These conditions made it challenging to maintain morale, productivity, or a sense of stability. I believed the company would have benefited greatly from leadership training, clearer communication standards, and a stronger commitment to creating a respectful, supportive workplace. Addressing these issues would have improved employee well‑being and strengthened the organization as a whole.

Pros

Medical, dental, eye, and pet insurance included; they provide emergency COVID pay and work from home equipment for those circumstances, and a consistent pay schedule. Very good beginning job for someone fresh out of high school. Weekend incentives to work and extra pay for overtime.

Cons

Changing schedules of employees without consulting first. Editing payroll information, limiting hours some weeks. A lot of stress and responsibility for duties that are not your own.
