Pros
I have had the privilege of working at Ingenium for the past 12 years. During that time, I have been given the opportunity to advance my career and attain my "dream job." The leadership team is transparent, equitable and offers encouragement and support to all its employees. Employees share in the profits of the company and are provided with monthly financial and strategic updates. Their focus on giving back to the community is part of the corporate strategic objective, and employees are encouraged to participate and are reimbursed for a designated number of annual volunteer hours. The benefits are generous and they are always finding ways to enhance the work experience. Working at Ingenium is like working with family. Everyone cares about and looks after one another. For all these reasons, I consider this to be "my last job!" I cannot imagine ever leaving such an amazing company who puts employees first.
