Pros
The workplace is brand new, with everything you need from private parking to kitchen. There is a good atmosphere among colleagues.
Cons
They're very focused on services, and even that they want to build products, they're not organized to create products. Its a company which fears risk, so it will never evolve too much. Even that it isn't a very big company, is as slow as big ones.
