      Free food depending on location, free drinks, nice customers

      Cons

      Condescending management. High turnover. No opportunity to grow in the company. False job advertisements, especially for cafe roles. The "passion" that they seek for these roles goes ignored once you are hired. Dirty looks from mangement during periodic visits. Disregard for individual talent. It made going to work unbearable.

      Seems like cafe management pushes talented employees out if they don't take work home with them and are on call 24/7. Seems like a kind of dictatorship that refuses two-way communication between manager and employee.

      Pros

      Good food and drinks, the interior decorating is beautiful.

      Cons

      No follow through with commitments of support. If you ask for something you need you will be met with enthusiasm and promises but those promises will never be acted on. Conflicting direction from management, no real accountability, just an overall disorganized and unstable business.
