      Family atmosphere, amazing owner, flexible schedule, and the pay/benefits are amazing. Excellent leadership and committed team members. Always learning something new every week.

      In my opinion all jibs come with some Cons, however the Pros heavily outcome the Cons at iFactor.

      Everyone at iFactor is incredibly friendly and is like a family. The owner, Brittany, is so caring and makes you feel appreciated.

      iFactor is a very fair company. There are no cons in my opinion.
