Pros
I came to I.C.E. from a very toxic work environment that left me feeling worthless. I would have done anything to leave. When I interviewed with this company, I immediate felt like I would fit in with everyone. Coming out of college you obviously want to find a career that suits your degree, but it's also important to get along with your coworkers and develop a relationship with them. I feel comfortable asking them questions and learning from them. My supervisor makes me feel like my comments matter. I wanted to find a company with great benefits and a great salary, but I'm glad I also found an extra family too.
Cons
I can't think of any and I've been working here for almost two years.
