      Salaries are paid on time, which is reliable. Some managers are exceptional and work hard to support their teams, creating a positive environment in certain areas.

      Cons

      In some teams, the workload is extremely high, while others have very little work, leading to frustration and inequities. There is no correlation between contribution and compensation, which demotivates employees. The overall management and evaluation processes are very weak, failing to effectively assess and support employee performance.
