None at all. Well, we had great team mates!

Cons

If you are below a Lab Technician, like a stenographer, secretary, specimen process specialist, etc., don't sink your life into this company. They will lay you off., but will tell you that you are safe and not to ever work about losing your job. Go work for a more stable company where you can work for many years so do not waste your time with this company. They have been sold/bought several times. You can work somewhere else and build on your retirement, and not have to start over after they lay you off.

There is a very small group of good people trying to make it a better place

Cons

The investment group that bought the company has greatly increased the VIP positions while cutting the people who do the actual work. Many clients have left due to poor service. The entire billing department was let go, not because it was the right business decision, but because billing could be sent to a third party billing company. That billing company is also owned by the same investment group. Many decisions are being made by people who have no idea how the lab works. Avista put upper management people in place who will do what Avista wants and not what is good for Inform.

Leads sleeping with co-workers. Supervisors rewarding friends. Flow department in shambles with not one ASCP certified Med Technologist. Serious technical limitations in flow department.
