Cons are, - You dont have to work to get your salary. - You have to update attendance in the system in case you forgot coming to the office. - You still have to swipe out at the end of the day, incase you went to a movie during office hours. - You cant demand for non-oily snacks. - Sometimes you get credited with more salary than expected, only to realize that the finance team wrongly credited other persons salary to you. Now you know how much the other guy is making. - You need to laugh at every silly joke that your manager makes for him to like you. - Lastly, management doesnt care of your feedback.

Managed by shenanigans of 1 manager. No Process whatsoever. Ambience of this company is worst. They have no idea where they are going with this company. 1 big project they are struggling to complete. As I said no process whatsoever. Requirements, Implementation, Testing and Enhancements are being executed in parallel. Employees are treated as slaves. No employee friendly policies. Only 1 HR for all the needs. Admin in this company has more power then HR. Finance and Accounting is a big joke. They lure employees by paying above market standard salary. The Managers in this company are minting money as the US management does not care. They don't know the difference between Man Management and Project Management. HRs adding fake reviews. Trust the 4 stars reviews at your own risk. Technology wise they are very outdated. US team is running against the time to improve the brand value. Buying companies with no credibility. Some products are decent but with no scope for future. The new products they are developing are not at par with trending technology. Join this company and ruin your career!!
