Pros

I can't think of any pros to working for this company.

Cons

Poorly managed, little to no benefits, low wages, very little opportunity for growth.

Pros

I can't honestly say I experienced any pros to working here. In fact, I get a little thrill each morning that I wake up and remember, Hey, I don't work there anymore!

Cons

This list is as long as my arm. To be brutally honest, this was the worst job I've ever had. I had to report to a manager who knew absolutely nothing about managing people. She was rude, abrasive and irrational. I witnessed screaming fights right in the middle of the office, in the middle of a work day. The "president" was either unable or unwilling to rectify some serious personnel problems and preferred to spend most of her day outside on "smoke breaks." (I personally found the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the office extremely distasteful.) I witnessed nice, hardworking people being taken advantage of to an obscene degree (and illegally denied the overtime they were--and still are--entitled to). In short, this was a horrible experience and I am extremely grateful to be out of there.

No leadership, dysfunctional management

Pros

You will learn a great deal about many different business industries. This exposure is exciting. You will also be able to meet leaders of industries.

Cons

The owners are a divorced couple. The leader, CEO, is very dysfunctional and surrounds himself with toxic people. The president of the company is an empty suit who gave up and trying to be a leader several years ago. The company wants to grow but lacks the leadership to oversee the process changes required so it becomes a poor environment that is always stressful but employees are not respected.
