      There are no pros as of I know.its not very good company.

      Cons

      I joined as Db admin and fired in 4 months this is how company will work. there is no work life blance. you need to work 12/day. this is very very bad company so please don't join in this there won't be any job security you may be fired after 2 day joined with out any notice. Soo please please don't join.

      1.Very nice company. 2.We can learn many new things as a fresher and also as an experienced. 3. Friendly environment with good management. 4. We can felt like we can able to work in any company and also we can face any situations regarding to work while working in this company. 5. Competitiveness among co-workers regarding to work.

      Cons

      Think about your life and focus on your career not on other matters then there will be no negatives at all. When we start thinking like this all negatives will become positives.
