Quite Frustrated

Pros

Generally is a growing company, acquiring new companies, adding products, allows remote work for the most part, decent benefits, consistent pay increases, and generally my partners and peers are good to work with.

Cons

Not sure I can trust the CEO any longer. Feels like every group meeting, the story changes, lots of rhetoric, no real answers. We have a great company and are doing really well she says... But then why was the budget so high that we missed by a mile? Why have we had multiple layoffs in the last year? Why are more layoffs planned in the next year? Why have we slowed new products? Why have a number of executives left in the last couple years? Why hasn't annual increases kept pace with inflation?

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. As CEO, I value our employees’ feedback, and I take your concern and frustration seriously. As you know, unwavering integrity and transparent leadership are two of our core company values, and I’m disappointed that we haven’t lived up to them from your perspective. I want to acknowledge that 2023 was a difficult year for our industry, and, as many financially sound companies announced during these challenging times, we too managed through the downturn responsibly, keeping our teams informed as important decisions were made. As with any growing company, execution of our strategy has and will continue to evolve with the market, and we will continue to communicate changes as they occur. I and my entire executive team remain committed to communicating with transparency and candor, and to strive to keep Infinite a great place to work for our valued employees. Again, I thank you for your feedback, and I would sincerely welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your concerns and further address your questions. I encourage you to reach out to me via our ‘Ask the CEO’ button on our Intranet or directly through email. I look forward to speaking with you. Penny Cotner President and CEO, Infinite Electronics

Pros

You get a paycheck twice a month

Cons

Too much to name. Favoritism runs rampant here. You tell your supervisor about coworkers who are on the cell phone or YouTube while working and instead of doing something about it, they tell you to worry about yourself.

Pros

Fancy marketing scheme, great web presence, search engines and product selection.

Cons

In reality most of the products are manufactured by third party manufacturers and relabeled using several Infinite owned brands. Execs are putting lipstick on a pig. Expect this company to sell in a few years so investors and c-level execs can fatten up their wallets... Any employees below c-level are at risk of losing jobs over the next few years to improve bottom line..
