The team is supportive, and the management is approachable. There's a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork. 3. The work-life balance is fairly good, Company do follow 5 days working pattern allowing for personal time and flexibility when needed. 4. The company is fully service-based with numerous international clients, providing excellent exposure to the latest technologies and trends.

Cons
Working at Infibrain Technologies was a daily struggle. The management's obsession with micromanaging every aspect of my work left me feeling undervalued and stressed. Unrealistic deadlines were the norm, forcing us to work late nights and weekends regularly. This constant pressure and lack of trust created an unbearable work environment with zero work-life balance.
